911-Relief From In-House Boredom

With all the recent current events regarding Covid-19 Health and Safety Measures, we have been assigned to the comfort of our homes. For some of us it's a relief to be away from the hustle of getting to work or tasks of our day to day grind. However, some of us have discovered being at home has revealed some uncomfy realities about our lives.
To prevent yourself from going crazy, let us use this opportunity to clean up some untouched projects, neglected relationships and self care goals we have been delaying.
I have found incredible relief from cleaning, organizing cabinets, and throwing away old items I don't need anymore. Trying out some new cooking recipes or simply cooking a dish that I lacked time before, due to my busy schedule. Creating some progressive movement and energy for myself can help improve my overall mood and you may want to try this as well.
I have gotten so much done in this time, i feel a sense of accomplishment, many of my colleagues and friends, tell me that they have increased communication with their families via online chat, which helps bring a sense of comfort and support. I also try getting outside standing and absorbing some good sun full of vitamin D, and a good walk around the area. Don't be discouraged by being confined to your home, there are many things around your home you can do to maintain a healthy spirit, and will to live bigger in a small space. Take advantage of online learning, arts and crafts , new languages, and doing activities with your children and family. We can also Create a schedule that is full and meaningful, update resumes, prepare for life after this is all over. Go ahead! Live Healthy! Live Big! no matter what the space is.
